Redwood

After my hike at Kings Canyon I was blown away by the giant majestic Redwood trees. I wanted to capture in my work the most distinguishing characteristic of this tree, the reddish brown bark. These thousands of years old trees are apparently only found in few pockets of the world & only about 3-5% of the original trees remain today.  Lets do our best to spread a message against cutting heritage trees.
